<p>This app is designed for healthcare professionals, including physicians, residents, and medical students, to effectively manage and document medical procedures. Its highly customizable features make it suitable for use in all medical specialties.</p>

<ul>
  <li>Securely store entries on your iOS device without sending them to external servers or databases.</li>
  <li>Create reports in password-protected PDF and CSV formats to comply with HIPAA security requirements. The reports can be emailed, accessed through iTunes and the Files app, sent via AirDrop, or saved in iCloud Drive or Dropbox.</li>
  <li>Import CSV files into spreadsheet programs for further analysis.</li>

<p>However, it is important to note that this app should not be solely relied upon for procedure tracking. It is recommended to regularly back up the files created using the app. Instructions on backing up and restoring data are available in the Help/Instructions section of the app.</p>

  <li>Log procedures performed, assisted or observed, along with relevant details such as patient information, supervisor, diagnosis, complications, and additional notes. You can also include photos using your device's camera or imported from your photo library.</li>
  <li>Select custom or ICD-10 diagnoses from a list for each procedure.</li>
  <li>Sort entries by date, patient name, procedure name, or medical specialty.</li>
  <li>Capture supervisor's signature for attestation and include signature images in reports.</li>
  <li>Customize lists of procedures, favorite diagnoses, and complications.</li>
  <li>Add up to four custom fields to supplement default fields.</li>

<h3>Reports:</h3>

<p>Create reports in password-protected PDF and CSV formats, allowing for secure sharing and storage. Reports can be generated for specific date ranges and sorted as per your preference.</p>

<h3>Backup and Security:</h3>

<ul>
  <li>Backup data to iCloud, iTunes, or Dropbox.</li>
  <li>Transfer files using the Files app or AirDrop.</li>
  <li>Easily retrieve username and password information by answering security questions.</li>
  <li>App is password protected, and data encryption is applied when logging off or when the app is inactive.</li>
